Cancelling
| Cancellations in all | What happens |

| 1 or 2 | Email for a new date |
| 3 | Cancel in writing, with your reason |
| 4 | In writing; TfL offers one more date, or you may have to apply again |
| 5 | The Knowledge Manager decides |
Cancel two in a row and you must write; three in a row brings the one more date; four in a row and your application is treated as withdrawn.
Not turning up

| 4 | The Knowledge Manager decides |
Two missed in a row bring the one more date; three in a row and the Knowledge Manager decides or your application is withdrawn.
Being unwell on the day
If you attend but are not fit to be tested, tell the examiner, ideally before you start. One U grade, for untested, is allowed on each stage and does not count against you.
